We aim to keep information on our website accurate and current. Menus, prices, opening hours, availability, events, photographs and other information may change from time to time.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for general information. Presentation, ingredients, serving sizes and availability may vary. If information on the website conflicts with information provided by our staff in relation to current availability or venue operations, please contact us for confirmation.
3. Restaurant bookings
A booking request is not guaranteed until it has been accepted or confirmed by Vanta Quay or our authorised booking provider.
We may contact you about your reservation using the contact details you provide. Please ensure those details are accurate.
Table allocation is at Vanta Quay's discretion and may depend on group size, accessibility requirements, venue configuration, licensed-area restrictions and operational requirements.
Separate cancellation, deposit, no-show or group-booking conditions may apply where they are clearly disclosed to you before or when a booking is made. Our Booking & Cancellation Policy should be read together with these terms.
4. Functions and events
An enquiry about a function or event does not create a confirmed booking. A function is confirmed only when Vanta Quay has expressly accepted the booking and any required deposit, agreement or other stated requirement has been completed.
Function menus, minimum spends, deposits, cancellation terms, areas, capacity, service times and other arrangements may be subject to a separate written function agreement or quotation. Where a separate agreement applies, it prevails to the extent of any inconsistency concerning that function.

Prices, menu items and availability may change. Any mandatory fee or surcharge will be disclosed as required by applicable law.

We do not seek to exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Menu availability and substitutions
Menu items and beverages are subject to availability. We may change ingredients, vintages, brands, garnishes or menu items where reasonably necessary because of seasonal availability, supplier changes or operational requirements.
If a material substitution affects an allergy or dietary requirement that you have brought to our attention, please speak with our staff before ordering or consuming the item.
7. Allergies and dietary requirements
Guests should inform Vanta Quay staff directly of allergies, intolerances and important dietary requirements before ordering. Information entered in an online booking or enquiry form should not be relied upon as the sole method of communicating a serious allergy.
We take reasonable care when responding to dietary requests. However, our kitchen and service areas handle multiple ingredients and allergens and we cannot promise an allergen-free environment. Please discuss any serious allergy with staff so we can explain what can reasonably be accommodated.
8. Liquor service and responsible service
